When attempting to View Live Session from the Dashboard, or the Activity Center playback fails, the initial screen is displayed then an error is shown:
"Network Errordirectory/to/zatfile.zatCommunication error (maximum retry count reached)."
Or
"The file could not be processed"directory/to/zatfile.zatInternal error in read: Error reading record header, short read (code -3) -

WORKAROUND
Play the session through the SPS node. From Active Connections | Follow, and double clicking the SRS file created.STATUS
