Assign read-only administrators on Notes servers

Assign user accounts and groups that are only allowed to use the remote console to run commands supplying system information.

To specify user accounts as read-only administrators for a server

In the Manager, select the HCL Domino > Notes servers category.
Select the server in the result list.
Select Assign view only administrators.
In the Table field, select the Notes user accounts table.
In the Add assignments pane, assign the user accounts.
TIP: In the Remove assignments pane, you can remove assigned user accounts.

To remove an assignment
- Select the user account and double-click .
Save the changes.

To specify groups as read-only administrators for a server

In the Manager, select the HCL Domino > Notes servers category.
Select the server in the result list.
Select Assign view only administrators.
In the Table field, select the Notes groups table.
In the Add assignments pane, assign groups.
TIP: In the Remove assignments pane, you can remove the assignment of groups.

To remove an assignment
- Select the group and double-click .
Save the changes.
