SendRichMail job does not create SMTP traffic on external interface
Cause

A possible cause is SmtpServer parameter not set with customer processes. If it is not set, the mail component defaults to localhost, which means traffic cannot be seen on the external network interface.
Resolution

Activate the SmtpServer parameter for the custom process step.
