Incorrect approval policy is set for an service item (4339239)

Follow the steps below to change the approval policy for a service item

1. Open Manager and logon with an applicable account
2. Click on IT Shop
3. Select the applicable IT Shop node
4. Select the applicable Shelf
5. Double left click on the product
6. Click on the service item in the main window
7. Click on the service item in the main window again
8. Click the drop down next to Approval policy
9. Select the appropriate approval policy and save the changes

If the service item does not have an approval policy set then it is inherited from the shelf. If the shelf does not have an approval policy set it is inherited from the IT Shop node.
