This requires using a special Schema property type called the "Value converter", which is only accessible when using the Synchronization Editor in debug mode.
To launch the Synchronization Editor in debug mode, open the Windows command line and navigate to the folder where the Identity Manager tools are installed. By default the command would be
cd C:\Program Files\One Identity\One Identity Manager
Then run SynchronizationEditor.exe -d
Once the Synchronization Editor is open in debug mode, follow these steps to create the mapping:
1. On the "user" object on the Active Directory side of the mapping, create a new virtual property using the "Value converter type".
2. Select the data type "Date and time" and the Converter "LargeIntToDateConverter".
3. Create a schema extension on the ADSAccount table in the Identity Manager database with the "Date and time" data type (ex. CCC_ExpiryDate).
4. Add a mapping between the fields added in steps #2 and #3 with the mapping direction "Towards Identity Manager".
