Description
When launching a front-end tool, the following error message appears:
"The Database has no templates or table scripts. Compile the database or inform your system administrator."

Cause
This error message occurs when there are unresolved database compilation errors. -
Resolution
Compile the database in Designer. Any errors that occur during compilation must be resolved.
If this error appears after upgrading to a newer version of Identity Manager, ensure that all necessary modules are installed and all custom DLLs used in templates or scripts are present prior to compiling.
