New functions are not appearing in system debugger
Description

When creating new function through either Designer or through adding it in the System Debugger, the new functions are not appearing in the "Scripts" list box to be selected to run or debug the scripts.
Resolution

Reinstall Identity Manager tools and Visual Studio.
