User passwords are not getting provisioned to the target Active Directory due to the follow error:
"[2226225] Password change for xxx could not completed. The password does not meet policy requirements"
The following error may also appear in the sync log, e.g.:
"Error: Error performing user_password_Set on object CN=User"
1. Open Synchronization Editor to edit the synchronization project (double-click to open the relevant sync project).
2. Select Target system in the left-hand pane.
3. Click "Edit connection..." to change the connection settings.
4. Click through the wizard, and on the "Configure connection options" page clear the check box to disable the "FastBind" option if it's enabled:
5. Complete the wizard and then click "Commit to database" to save the changes.
