Cause
The error is logged if the attestation contains an orphaned foreign key.

Issue fixed in version 6.1.3. The latest version of Identity Manager can be downloaded here. Hotfix is available for this issue. Please contact Support, quoting Defect ID 19939 and the version of 1IM where this issue occurs. -
