The workflow contains several sub-levels for a level. There are several decision-makers at each sub-level. A timeout is defined for each sub-level. A sub-level has already been decided positively. The second sub-level remains undecided until the timeout is reached.
* Expected result:
The AttestationCase is escalated, and the PWODecisionHistory notes that the sub-level, which has not yet been decided, has led to the escalation.
* Different result:
Sporadically it is noted in the history that the already decided sub-level has been escalated.
