Web Portal install error message "Could not load file or assembly 'netstandard'" -
Description
When attempting to install the Web Portal, the following error is thrown:
"Could not load file or assembly 'netstandard, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Cause
The server does not have the correct version of the .NET framework installed. -
Resolution
Install the correct version of the .NET framework as specified in the Installation Guide for your version of Identity Manager.
