How to Enable Synchronization Logging and Retrieve the Synchronization Summary -

This article describes how to Configure Logging and export the Synchronization Summary from the Synchronization Editor for troubleshooting purposes. -
Resolution
Ensure that Synchronization Logging is Enabled
From Synchronization Editor:
1. Double-click the Synchronization Project:
2. Navigate to Configuration | Target System:
3. Click on Setup...:
4. Under Synchronization Log check the Create synchronization log checkbox and the Data to log options as appropriate. Click Ok:
To Retrieve the Synchronization Summary
Note that a synchronization will need to run and complete before any data is captured in the logs.
From the Synchronization Editor:
1. Double-click the Synchronization Project as described above.
2. Navigate to Logs, and double-click on the appropriate log, e.g.:
3. In the Log pane click on the Save drop-down and select the appropriate format (usually PDF):
4. Configure the options as appropriate and click OK:
5. Choose the save location, and name the file. Click Save:
