Does Exchange 2016 connector support Exchange Powershell Constrained Language mode?
Resolution

The Powershell Connector and all derivatives (Exchange, PAG, Exchange Online) must run in LanguageMode "FullLanguage". If this is reduced via Group Policy (GPO), e.g. to "ConstrainedLanguage", errors can also occur during connection. With Exchange an "Index out of Range" exception is thrown.

Everything else is not and cannot be supported by Identity Manager (1IM).
