Check shopping cart delivers unclear/incorrect results. If several products in the shopping cart are tested for requestability and there is a conflict, all products are marked the same.

This is a product defect (32863).

STATUS
This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 32863. Prerequisite for 8.1.1 is hotfix #32835. -
