Error: "Database error 2627: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__DialogPr__2B66FD76B6C705A1'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.DialogProcess'." (4321527)

In the approval workflow in the web portal, the following error occurs when several orders are approved at the same time:

"Database error 2627: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__DialogPr__2B66FD76B6C705A1'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.DialogProcess'."

The error occurs when it comes to the final decision in the workflow. For example, if the approval is two-step, then it works for the first step, but not for the second.

This is a product defect (32312).
