Description
After migration to version 8.1.5 with DSI module installed, the following problem occurs:
The SoftwareLoader throws the error above because duplicate or invalid QBMFileRevision objects are in the DSI module.

This is a product defect (DSI_283949).

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID DSI_283949.
