An enhancement request (#26186 ) has been created.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Use the OpenDJ Template which comes nearest to an LDAPv3 RFC45xx LDAP System. It will still require additional configuration.
STATUS
The product team will evaluate the request and this feature may become available on a future release of the product. -
