Description
Support may at times request an XML export of processes to analyze and investigate further. -
Resolution
Open the Process Editor in Designer for the selected Process:
In Menu tool items, select Process | Export... then save the .xml file in desired location.
Once completed you can send the exported xml file to Support for investigation.
