After disabling TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 on the IIS Server, trying to log into a SSL enabled WebManager web front end via secured URL link (e.g. https) will result in a pop up error message with the following error:
"[1074013] Login failed!
A server for Login could not be determined.
Servers are overloaded or partially not operational."
At the same time, WebManager log will have the following error:
Error detecting state of application (App01). VI.WebBase.WebException: Error detecting state of application (App01).
---> System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketExteption: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
