Missing Workflow Approval Procedure Calculated group of approvers (CP) is no longer available -
Description
When working on the approval workflows for IT Shop and Attestation it appears that the workflow procedure "Calculated Group of approvers" (CP) is no longer available.

Cause
The "Calculated Group of approvers" workflow procedure is removed from the list of workflow procedures since Identity Manager version 8.0.1.

Resolution
There is no direct replacement to the procedure, however, end users can define their own approval procedures along with queries that select the approvers, which is the equivalent of the deprecated CP procedure.
