There is a Shelf A with 3 products and several active orders for each of these products. All products are marked with IsCopyOnShopChange@AccProduct=True (Retain service item assignment on relocation).
In addition, there is another Shelf, B (optionally in another shop) where all Employees who have an active order for the products from Shelf A are entitled to order.
Now all 3 products are removed from Shelf A at once.
Some orders are cancelled with the reasoning "Automatic system approval: Assigned Element was deleted, or workflow has changed".
The correct result would be: All active orders move to Shelf B without changing the OrderState.
This is a product defect (34914).
This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 34914.
