Instead of dbcc dbreindex, Alter Index should be used -
Description
According to Microsoft, dbcc dbreindex should no longer be used as it will be removed in future versions. Instead, Alter Index should be used. Alter Index offers a " with (online = on) " option. This can prevent table locks on the Enterprise Edition of SQL Server. Unfortunately, this option is not available in the Standard Edition of SQL Server.
