Error: "The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime." (4331195)

Scenario:

Create a DialogWatchOperation for the edge of the allowed date range (e.g. with OperationDate = '9999-12-31 23:59:59.998').

Then open the corresponding object in the Manager and display the TimeTrace.

You receive the following error:

The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime.

This is a product defect (34449).
