Error: "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on send" -
Description
When disabling TLS 1.0 on the server hosting JobQueueInfo.net and the remote job servers, these job servers show up in JobQueueInfo.net with a red x and the full name field displays an error:
"The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send." -
Cause
Product defect 27446. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Enable TLS 1.0 on the job servers and the server hosting JobQueueInfo.net.
STATUS
This will be fixed in a future release of Identity Manager. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 27446. -
