"Out of range" error when setting an Exchange mailbox quota attribute (4341288)

When the storage quota attributes ProhibtSendQuota, ProhibitSendReceive or IssueWarningQuota are set for a target user's mailbox with a value in the acceptable range the UpdateMailbox process will enter a frozen state with the following error:

 (Message:Cannot bind parameter 'ProhibitSendQuota' to the target. Exception setting "ProhibitSendQuota": "The property, (5 TB (5,497,558,138,880 bytes)), is out of range. The valid range is from 0 B (0 bytes) to 2 TB (2,199,023,254,528 bytes)." ))

The error above will include the storage quota attribute exhibiting the issue.
