Title
New NOTES user .ntf file security is not set as it is specified in the NOTES template -
Description
A Notes template has all the rights that new NOTES files should receive.
But when a new user is created, the new document does not receive permissions as expected.

Cause
The mailbox file may be created within the CreateNotesUser task.
Check the following config parameter: "TargetSystem\Notes\CreateMailDB".
If it is enabled and active the mailfile will be created by the CreateNotesUser task and will not pick up the details from the template.

Resolution
Disable the config parameter, "TargetSystem\Notes\CreateMailDB"
The mailfile should then be created by a separate job, picking up the template.
