Error: "Value UID_OrgBoardTemplate was not found" when renaming a Service Item -
Description
Attempting to rename a Service Item (AccProduct) inside Manager after the configuration parameter "QER\ITShop\Templates" is disabled results in the following error:
Error while running 'OnSaving' in logic module 'AOB.Customizer.ITShopOrg'. VI.Base.ViException: Error while running 'OnSaving' in logic module 'AOB.Customizer.ITShopOrg'. ---> VI.Base.ViException: Value UID_OrgBoardTemplate was not found.

Cause
This is by design.
The Application Governance (AOB) module requires the QER\ITShop\Templates configuration parameter to be enabled because it works with IT Shop board templates. -
Resolution
To resolve this error:
Option 1: Re-enable the configuration parameter QER\ITShop\Templates.
Option 2: Uninstall the Application Governance module.
