Description
When attempting to upgrade One Identity Manager from 8.2.x to 9.x, the configuration wizard displays the following error:
Processing step 'QBM FinalizeCustomer (wait for post processing customer)' failed. 8 - Wait command failed. The operation has timed out.
The configuration wizard logs has the error:
The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'xp_readerrorlog' -
Cause
The SQL account being used for the upgrade does not have the correct permissions -
Resolution
Check with the database administrator and ensure that the SQL user being used for the upgrade has the EXECUTE permission for the object 'xp_readerrorlog'
