Switch to certificate authentication for Sendmail/SendRichMail using OAUTH -
Description
The release notes advise that mail can now be sent via Microsoft Office 365. Email notifications can be sent with Microsoft 365. To do this, an application must be registered in Microsoft Entra ID and declared in One Identity Manager with the new Common | MailNotification | O365ClientId configuration parameter
When a username and password is used, Microsoft now expects that multifactor authentication also be used, this is currently not possible with this setup. A decision was made to switch to certificate authentication instead.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Identity Manager. If impacted by this issue, please contact support and request a hotfix for defect number 480964. This will hotfix will allow for certificate authentication to be used instead of a username and password.
