Description

There is no unsubscribe form or option available that can be utilized for unsubscribing an active request using the ServiceNow module.
Resolution

Currently, it is not possible to unsubscribe a request via the ServiceNow module within Identity Manager.

WORKAROUND:

None

STATUS:

Enhancement request number 481509 has been submitted to the product team for consideration in a future release of Identity Manager.
