Following an in-place upgrade of SQL Server, Identity Manager does not process jobs.
In the Database Agent log, the following log is entered:
INFO (VI.Database.Agent.Startup.DataOrigin xxxxxx PID:xxxx) : Waiting until DataOrigin in DialogDatabase was updated.
As the database server version has changed (even though the host name and IP Address are unchanged) Identity Manager job servers are treating this as if the database has been restored from a backup.
As the SQL Server has been upgraded, the Identity Manager configuration wizard needs to be re-run, and the option "Enable restored database" must be selected. This is documented in the operational guide.
