Ability to restart Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition components in the Starling Portal (4381091)

For Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition versions running 9.2.1 and above, the ability to restart Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition components has been added to the Starling Portal

Please note that this feature is not available for versions below 9.2.1

Follow the steps below to locate the option to restart a specific component for Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition:

• Login to the Starling portal with an applicable account
• Navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the Manage Instance button

• Ensure the Application Health menu is set

• The application state will be displayed along with the restart button

• Click the restart button for the component that is desired to be restarted

• Click the OK button when prompted

• The icon will change to a spinning circle and the restarted component will display a state of "Not ready"

• Once the component is back to a status of Ready, the spinning circle will change back to the restart button

Please note: Only one component can be restarted at time.
