Granting Full Access to a Mailbox also grants Send As Rights -

When a user is granted Full Access rights to a mailbox, Active Roles automatically also grants Send As permissions.
When using native Exchange tools, these operations are mutually exclusive.

This issue has been identified as a product defect and assigned the Defect ID 249813. -
対策
WORKAROUND
Manually remove Send As permissions after delegating Full Access rights to a mailbox.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Active Roles.
