"Send As" and "Full Access" are blank and cannot be updated from the Active Roles Web Interface on a Hybrid Azure User

When viewing the Exchange Online Properties Delegation tab on a Hybrid User in the Active Roles Web Interface, the Send As and Full Access both appear to be blank, although there is something set in Exchange Online.

Attempting to set either Send As or Full Access on the Exchange Online Delegation tab for Hybrid Users shows the message Operation completed successfully but no change is made in Exchange Online.

The Azure Tenant is integrated as Synchronized or Federated.

This issue is being tracked Defect ID 416873.

WORKAROUND

Instead of setting the Exchange Online Delegation on the Hybrid object, set it on the Cloud object under the Azure section in the Active Roles Web Interface.

STATUS

Waiting for fix in a future release of Active Roles.
