Personal Views are not replicating to nodes sharing the same Web Interface Configuration
The following steps can be followed to reproduce the issue:
Test 1 steps:
1. Create a new test site – site 1
2. Login to site 1 on web node 1 and create a Personal View
3. Check the Publisher SQL database table dbo.PersonalSettings – a new record is created
4. After a few minutes, site 1 on web node 2 still does not show the Personal View
5. Check the Subscriber SQL database table dbo.PersonalSettings – no record present
Test 2 steps:
1. Create a new test site – site 2
2. Login to site 2 on web node 2 and create a Personal View
3. Check the Subscriber SQL database table dbo.PersonalSettings – a new record is created
4. Within a few minutes, site 2 on web node 1 now shows the Personal View
5. Check the Publisher SQL database table dbo.PersonalSettings – a new record is present
6. Login to site 2 on web node 1 and create a second Personal View for the same user
7. After several minutes, site 2 on web node 2 still does not show the second personal view

STATUS
There is no known root cause at this time and is under investigation by the product team. This KB will be updated with any new progress.
