Changes made to the attribute mailNickname via Advanced Properties never goes beyond the console. Active Roles Event Viewer logs show "committed" but these changes are not seen on Active Directory.
The issue is also seen when making changes through the Management Shell where the attribute shows blank after setting a value.

The Active Roles product team has raised a defect request #473604 to fix this issue in a future version of Active Roles.
