The logs capture the error 'You are not authorized to use this database'. -
原因
The standard OAuth authentication module had been selected. In this case the login user was an Azure Active Directory account linked to an Employee; therefore OAuth (role-based) was required. -
対策
Set OAuth (role-based) authentication.
