Follow the steps below to correct the issue:
- Login to Designer with an applicable account
- Click on Base data
- Expand General
- Click on Configuration Parameters
- Expand Common
- Expand ProcessState
- Set ExportPolicy to HDB
- Ensure to place a checkmark in the Enable checkbox
- Save the changes
Note: Please ensure that the IsToExport configuration parameter is set for at least one of the process states JobHistory, PropertyLog or ProgressView. If none of these are set then the same error will also occur.
