How to unsubscribe requests on behalf of other users (4381516)

Is it possible to unsubscribe requests on behalf of other users

Please note: These steps are specifically for version 9.2.1 and above.

To give a user the power to unsubscribe requests on behalf of another user follow the steps below:

1. Create a new role based permissions group within Designer
2. Give view and edit rights to the root of the PersonWantsOrg table
3. Then for all columns add just view rights
4. For the column ValidUntilProlongation set the permission edit
5. Create a new application role in the Manager application
6. Assign the role based permissions group to this new role
7. Assign an Identity to this new role.

To view the requests, a user will need to login to the Angular portal and perform the following actions:

1. Click on the menu item Requests
2. Select Request history 
3. Click on the check box to the left of the request to be unsubscribed
4. Click on the Actions button on the bottom right
5. Selection the Unsubscribe product option in the prompt
