How to create a Full Customization Report (4236250)

For troubleshooting purposes it might be sometimes helpful to find out which parts of the product (Schema extensions, Processes; Scripts etc.) have been customized. Therefore the Designer tool provides a special feature.

Note: Adaptions of the WebPortal are not included.

1. Open the Designer tool
2. Click on Documentation in the main navigation
3. Expand the Customization report node in the Navigation pane
4. When clicking on Full report the report will be generated immediately
5. By clicking on the Save button allows to save the report in various formats. Usually One Identity Manager Support prefers PDF format unless otherwise requested.

Remark: Specific reports can also be created such as Processes. Please note the other subnodes under Customization report.
