Can AuthModuleFallback be used for failover scenarios? (4326539)

The web portal only uses FallbackAuthModule for authentication failures, that means, the authenticator has received a username to search in D1IM database but no result is found. Any failures before that, such as a connection error, will cause an error resembling "An error occurred processing your request" to show up in the web application.

Any failover scenarios such as using several LDAP servers for authentication with DynamicLDAP needs to be solved outside of D1IM.
