Unable to login to the Operations Support Portal -
説明
When attempting to login to the operations support portal via employee authentication the following error is displayed in the logs:
810017 Message: Wrong user name or password.

原因
An incorrect password was used for the login. -
対策
Ensure the employee attempting to login is using the password from the dilaoguserpassword field if authentication is via employee authentication. Also all users regardless of authentication type require that the application role of Operations support is assigned to the employee.
