The One Identity Manager password policy is set to default and all active employees are subject to this policy. This password policy has a validity period of 120 days. The user has to meet three criteria, they have to be an active employee, the attribute PasswordLastSet is 120 days old and the DefaultEmailAddress attribute needs to be populated. If those criteria are met a user will receive an email notifying them that the employee password will soon expire and requires the password to be changed. The email will be sent seven days before the password is about to expire.
