Username No Longer Recorded for System Updates in History
説明
Prior to the upgrade to version 8.2.1, the Timetrace consistently displays the user who made any update to a Person record or to any objects with history logging enabled. After the upgrade, there is an inconsistent behavior that the XUserUpdated value is # and doesn't show the user who made the update.
原因
This is an intended change to behavior where system initiated updates are no longer attributed to a user account. Risk index calculation will still properly show the date/time the change was made, it will show # for the user as there is no actual user initiating this process.
対策
Administrators upgrading to newer versions of Identity Manager will need to adjust reporting and expectations that the # value will display for system updates.
