When reviewing the ServiceNow Administration guide it shows code for enabling Indirect Reportees, but "dbo.SCN_FGetRecursiveEmployees" that is referenced is not found in version 9.2.x.

This feature is available starting in Identity Manager version 9.3. This also requires the Identity Manager for Service Catalog version 1.3.3.
