Web Portal error, "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable" -
説明
When trying to navigate to IT Shop an error appears in the browser stating, "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable".
The Identity Manager service is running correctly and IIS settings look correct. The Windows Event Viewer log does not show any errors. -
原因
The Application Pool for the Identity Manager web site is not running. -
対策
Confirm the application pool being used in IIS:
- Click on "Advanced Settings..." from the "Actions Pane" or right-click the site and choose "Manage Application | Advanced Settings...":
The dialog will list the Application Pool in use:
- Select "Application Pools". Locate the relevant application pool then select "Start" from the "Actions" pane, or right-click the application pool and select "Start":
Test the web portal to confirm the application pool is now running correctly.
