説明
The following error occurs within Syslog-ng when using TLS as a source:
SSL error while reading stream; tls_error='SSL routines:ssl23_read:ssl handshake failure'

原因
Previous versions of Syslog-ng PE are using older OpenSSL libraries that may be using mis-matching or unsupported ciphers. -
対策
Please upgrade to Syslog-ng PE version 7.0.19 as the OpenSSL libraries have been updated within Syslog-ng that can resolve handshake errors.
