If a TPAM user is configured with a Secondary Authentication method, the URL in their Approval Required email may not allow them to reach the expected Approval page. -

WORKAROUND: None
STATUS: This has been addressed in TPAM 2.5.915. From the TPAM 2.5.915 Release Notes:
BFER 7270: Fixed problem with the Approval link in the approval notification email for users with secondary authentication.
