the Admin site still references 'ws/' but in trying to connect to the newly defined web service using "https://server/PMSelfService/ws/" as well as the previous versions "https://server/PMUser/ws/" both do not work. (4221221)

When you enable Extensibility in Password Manager 5.9.5 and define a new custom web service, the product displays part of the end point (has it has done in previous versions). If you give a new custom web service the name 'pwdreset' for example, Password Manager shows you part of the end point needed to get to the web service as 'ws/pwdreset' in this example. In previous versions of Password Manager, the proper full URL to reach the end point would have been "https://server/PMUser/ws/pwdreset". With the new version of Password Manager 5.9.5, there is no longer a PMUser site (by default) and trying to use the new PMSelfService site as the end point for a custom web service does not work "https://server/PMSelfService/ws/pwdreset".

WORKAROUND:

At this point in time there is no workaround.
