Users are getting a notification to update thier Q&A Profile even though there were no changes to the Profile questions. (4226803)

Users are getting notifications that their Q&A Profile needs to be updated even though it is already up to date.

If the you view the properties for the user from the Helpdesk site the Status in Password Manager shows the following:

User profile complies with Q&A profile policy: Yes
User is forced to create/update Q&A profile: Yes (<date>)

WORKAROUND 1:

Upgrade to Password Manager 5.6.1 or later to prevent this from occurring with users going forward.

To stop users currently affected from getting the reminder email, one of the following needs to occur:

1. The user will need to go to the Self-Service site, click My Questions and Answers Profile and click Save
2. Manually update the comment attribute of the user object:
    - Open the properties for the user object in ADSIEdit.msc
    - Edit the comment attribute and delete the forceEnrollStartDate setting. For example, delete all of the following including the </>:
   <setting name="forceEnrollStartDate" value="2014.02.28 13:55:00:595" />
3. Run the scheduled task "Reminder to Create/Update Q&A Profile" and verify that the user no longer receives notifications.

WORKAROUND 2:

If the helpdesk personnel selected the option to force the user to update their profile that would indeed exhibit the same behavior as changing the users required questions in the Admin site.  The date listed in the helpdesk site would also be an indication when the selection was made.
